Formular Introduction
With years of efforts, our R&D team applied ceramic high-temperature bonding technology to automotive brake materials. All over the brake materials area, the technology pioneered the development of aluminum phosphate ceramics as a partial substitute for phenolic resin, and multiple ceramic-based formulations series are derivative. The competitive formulation series include five types: High-metallic ceramic, Semi- metallic ceramic, Low- metallic ceramic, Non- metallic ceramic and Non-copper ceramic. Series of formulations meet the requirements of different customers. 1. High-metallic ceramic-based formula series Excellent high temperature duration (≥650°C), sensitive braking, high structural strength, long service life, etc., applicable to bus, electric bus, van, heavy commercial vehicles, etc.; 2. Semi- metallic ceramic base formula series Nice high temperature duration (≥550°C), sensitive braking, good service life, acceptable price, etc, suitable for mini-vehicles, light commercial vehicles, A-class car / SUV; 3. Low- metallic ceramic base formula series Nice high temperature duration (≥550°C), sensitive braking, long service life, few brake noise, good NVH performance, etc., suitable for various passenger cars and especially SUV; 4. Non- metallic ceramic based formula series (including NAO) Nice high temperature duration (≥500°C), sensitive braking, long service life, excellent NVH performance, low wheel dust, etc., suitable for various middle and high-class cars; 5. Non-copper ceramic-based formula series Nice high temperature duration (≥550°C), sensitive braking, environment friendly, few brake noise, good NVH performance, etc., suitable for the market with strict environment regulation like EU and NA. |
